Description: MuPDF is a lightweight PDF, XPS, and E-book viewer.
MuPDF consists of a software library, command line tools, and viewers for various platforms.
The renderer in MuPDF is tailored for high quality anti-aliased graphics. It renders text with metrics and spacing accurate to within fractions of a pixel for the highest fidelity in reproducing the look of a printed page on screen.
The viewer is small, fast, yet complete. It supports many document formats, such as PDF, XPS, OpenXPS, CBZ, EPUB, and FictionBook 2. You can annotate PDF documents and fill out forms with the mobile viewers (this feature is coming soon to the desktop viewer as well).
The command line tools allow you to annotate, edit, and convert documents to other formats such as HTML, SVG, PDF, and CBZ. You can also write scripts to manipulate documents using Javascript.
The library is written modularly in portable C, so features can be added and removed by integrators if they so desire. We also have a Java library using JNI that works on both Oracle's Java and Android.

Description: finds files and directories based on file and folder names stored in a database. Locate32 saves to a database the names of all files on your hard drives. Once the file indexing has occurred, you can locate files quickly by using the application's search form. It works like “updatedb” and “locate” commands in Unix. In other words, it uses databases to store information about directory structures and uses these databases in searches. The use of these databases provides very fast searching speed. The software includes a dialog-based application as well as console programs that can be used to update and access the databases. Description: Just-in-Time (JIT) debugger. When the application throws an unhandled exception, Dr. Mingw attaches itself to the application and collects information about the exception, using the available debugging information.
Dr. Mingw can read debugging information in DWARF and Stabs formats — generated by the Gnu C/C++ Compiler, and in a PDB file — generated by the Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler.
Windows XP or later is required. It relies upon the DbgHelp library to resolve symbols in modules compiled by the Microsoft tools.

Description: Pelles C is a complete development kit for Windows. It contains among other things an optimizing C compiler, a macro assembler, a linker, a resource compiler, a message compiler, a code signing utility, a make utility and an install builder.
It also contains an integrated development environment (IDE) with project management, debugger, profiler, source code editor, and resource editors for dialogs, menus, string tables, accelerator tables, bitmaps, icons, cursors, animated cursors, animation videos (AVI's without sound), versions and XP manifests.
